Connexions is the county's lead agency for supporting learning providers to deliver careers education, work-related learning and information, advice and guidance for 13-19 year olds.
We do this through our Choices Advisers - who work directly with young people - and through our development teams:
- Quality and Performance Team
- curriculum development, Career Mark 5, training and resources for the development of your careers education programmes - publications, websites and information - management information and data on the outcomes of school and college leavers
- NEWS Team
- work experience unit; - vacancy and recruitment service; and - work related learning and employer engagement team.
- XPLORE - the county's online prospectus and common application process.
