If you are at school or college you can see your choices adviser there. Look for posters around school or college, or on noticeboards, to see where and when you can see them.

Choices advisers also see young people in the community, at Job Centres, libraries and other community centres.

Getting help to claim benefits

Connexions choices advisers work at Jobcentre Plus across the county to provide advice, guidance and support to young people with benefit claims and general support.
