The Samaritans

ChildLine
ChildLine is the free, 24-hour helpline for children and young people in the UK - 0800 11 11. Children and young people can call their helpline about any problem, at any time - day or night.
National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC)
The NSPCC run a free 24 hour helpline on 0800 800 5000 to give you advice or listen to you if you are worried or scared about something. There is also an email service via the website and a textphone service on 0800 056 0566.
