Mental Health

Mental health is something we all have. And feeling depressed, anxious or worried and not really knowing why is something that many people experience. Sometimes it passes on its own; sometimes we need some extra help. Talking to family and friends can help, but if you feel any of the following, you might also want to see your GP or talk to your local young people's counselling service:
  • Can't sleep.
  • Can't concentrate.
  • Can't relax.
  • Feel worried or down all the time.
  • Frequent indigestion.
  • Smoking and drinking too much to "help".
There is someone you can turn to at any time of the day or night. In a crisis situation don't despair. Whatever you are going through, the Samaritans will go through it with you:
