Getting Active

Exercise raises your heart rate, increases your lung capacity, builds strength and tones the body. It also improves your mood, helps you cope with stress and makes you look and feel good.

Exercise doesn't have to be a chore. Any of the following will do the trick - especially if you try to do something at least three times a week:
  • Brisk walking, running, cycling or swimming.
  • Playing sport.
  • Workout at the gym, aerobics, martial arts.
  • And don't forget dancing!
