Getting Help

Bullying

People often feel that they should accept certain situations in order to get on. This is not the case. Abuse is when someone has a kind of power over you and takes advantage of this power. It can be verbal, emotional or sexual. If you are being abused emotionally or sexually, remember it is not your fault.

If you have been the victim of racial harassment, then the Racial Equality Council can help you. Contact them on 01522 574193.

If you think that you, or a young person you know is being sexually exploited, get help right away. There are useful links on the FaceUp2It website:
