Struggling to find your way around our new-look website? Read on!
We have tried to make the site as easy to use as possible, but it's sometimes necessary for a little extra help.
Main Menu
The main menu for the site is located on the orange bars which run along the top and bottom of every page. By using this, you can access each of the main sections of the site.
Sub Menus
Most pages throughout the site are divided into three columns - left, right and centre. On the left-hand side of every page, you will find a menu through which you access the various sub-sections of whichever main section you are in.
On the right-hand side, you will find a series of menus which contain things relevant to the page you a on. On the right-hand side of pages in the Advice and Guidance section, you will find related articles (relevant to the page you are currently on). On most pages, you will also find a list of related links - these could be to other sections within our site, or to other sites which may be of interest. You will also find a list of other sites we are involved with.
Footer
At the bottom of every page, as well as the main menu, you will find a link to Connexions Direct. This is a national service, providing you with advice and guidance from 8am-2am, every day of the year.
There is also a link to our corporate site, which parents, carers and partnership organisations may find useful.
Internet Browser
We recommend the use of a web browser called Mozilla Firefox. This can be downloaded for free from the Mozilla website. Not only is it faster and more secure than Internet Explorer, it includes many useful features, which aren't available in the Microsoft alternative.
